1. Slimmers Salad (Serves – 1) (Calories – 50)

Ingredients: Carrot – 40 gms., Cucumber – 20 gms., Capsicum – 10 gms., Apple – 30 gms., Orange – 10 gms., Coriander, Salt, Pepper; as required.

Method: Mix all after cutting into small pieces.

2. Watermelon – Pineapple Salad (Serves – 1) (Calories – 125)

Watermelon – 75 gms., Pineapple – 30 gms., Roasted Cumin Powder – 2 tsp, Pudina leaves – as required.

3. Cucumber Crimson (Serves – 2) (Calories – 25)

Cucumber – 50 gms., Carrot – 50 gms., Orange – 1 pc., Salt, Pepper – as required. (Vitamin C – 47 mg., B Carotene – 965 mg.)

4. Carrot Salad (Serves – 2) (Calories – 50)

Carrot – 50 gms., Peanuts – 20 gms., Apple – 10 gms., Lemon – 1 pc., Buttermilk – 10 gms.

Cut Carrot in 1″ long pieces & cut apple in small pieces. Make powder of peanuts after roasting it and mix all. (B Carotene – 1890 ug.)

5. Knol Khol Salad (Serves – 2) (Calories – 45)

Knoll Cabbage – 50 gms., Capsicum – 25 gms., Carrot – 25 gms., Pomegranate – 10 gms., Sprouted Moong – 10 gms., Salad – Oil, Lemon, Salt.

6.    Creamy Sprouted Moong Salad

Sprouted Moong – 30 gms., Cucumber – 30 gms., Tomato – 50 gms., Green Chilli – 1 pc., Boiled Potato – 1 Pc., Lemon, Salt, Pepper, Salad Oil – ½ tsp.

7.    Exotic Fruit Salad

Orange – 1 pc., Ripe Papaya – 20 gms., Pineapple – 20 gms., Sprouted Moong – 20 gms., Cucumber – 20 gms., Vinegar – ½ tsp., Salad Oil – ½ tsp., few Pudina leaves.

8.    Moong Cucumber Salad

Sprouted Moong – 50 gms., Cucumber – 40 gms., Boild Potato – 1 pc., Carrot – 10 gms., Salad Oil – ¼ tsp, Vinegar – ¼ tsp., Milk – 1 tsp., Salt, Black Pepper.

9.    Moong Apple Salad

Cucumber – 20 gms., Apple – 20 gms., Sprouted Moong – 50 gms., Boiled Potato – 1 pc., Salad Oil – 1 tsp., Lemon – 1 pc., Salt, Black Pepper.

10. Summer Retreat

Cucumber – 50 gms., Tomato – 25 gms., Lemon – 1 pc., Grated Coconut – 10 gms., Coriander leaves, salt, blck pepper.

11. Raw Papaya Salad

Raw Grated papaya – 50gms., Grated Carrot – 10 gms., Guava – 2 pc., Coriander leaves, Lemon – 1 tsp., Salad Oil – 1 tsp., Black  pepper, salt.

12. Super Salad

Carrot – 50 gms., Capsicum – 20 gms., Pineapple – 20 gms., Honey – 1 tsp., salt, pepper.

13. Orchad

Apple – 50 gms., Knol-khol Cabbage – 25 gms., Grapes – 25 gms., Lemon Juice – 10 gms., Green Chilli – 1 pc.

14. Cucumber Paradise

Cucumber – 75 gms., Capsicum – 25 gms., Carrot – 50 gms., Riped banana – 10 gms., Milk – 5 gms., Molasses – 10gms.

15. Cabbage Kosambari

Cabbage – 75 gms., Grated coconut – 10 gms., Green Chilli – 1 pc. – Lemon – 1 pc., Salad Oil – 1 tsp., Coriander ;eaves, Mustard.

Cut all the materials. Cook oil to be hot & fry mustard & green chilli and mix everything.

16. Fruits & vegetables Salad

Beetroot – 50 gms., Cucumber – 25 gms., Carrot – 25 gms., Pineapple – 50 gms., Apple – 25 gms., Curd – 2 tsp., Salt, Coriander leaves, cumin powder (roasted).

17. Grated Salad

Cucumber – 25 gms., Beetroot – 50 gms., Carrot – 50 gms., lemon – 1 pc., roasted cumin powder, pepper.

18. Cabbage Pineapple/ Pomegranate

Cabbage – 75 gms., Pineapple – 15 gms., Capsicum – 20 gms., Beet – 50 gms., Salt, Pepper, lemon – 1 pc., Honey – 1 tsp.

19. Cucumber Remix

Cucumber – 75 gms., Apple – 25 gms., Orange – 25 gms., Watermelon – 25 gms., Roasted papaya – 25 gms., Lemon – 1 pc., Raw Cumin Powder – 1 tsp., Salt, black pepper.

Grate papaya & cut all others & mix.

20. Vegetable Pacchadi

Cucumber – 50 gms., Tomato – 25 gms., ginger, Coriander leaves, green chilli – 1 pc., mustard, salad Oil, salt, curd/ Buttermilk – 50 gms., roasted cumin powder, onion – 25 gms.

Grate Cucumber, cut tomato, grate chilli & ginger, mix with curd all & cook light.

21. Russian Salad

Carrot – 50 gms., Apple – 25 gms., Pineapple – 25 gms., Cucumber – 50 gms., pepper, Coriander leaves, salt.

22. Fruit Chat

Guava – 25 gms., Apple – 25 gms., Ripe Papaya – 15 gms., Orange – 25 gms., Roasted cumin powder, salt, green chilli – 1 pc., lemon – 1 pc.

23. Tri-colour Salad

Orange – 2 pc., apple – 2 pc., Watermelon – 40 gms., Cucumber – 50 gms., roasted cumin powder, Salad Oil – 1 tsp., Coriander leaves, roasted groundnut powder – 10 gms.

24. Fruit Curd Shake

Curd – 50 ml., ripe papaya juice – 200 gms., Orange – 25 gms., Watermelon – 25 gms., Apple – 20 gms., Pomegranate – 20 gms., Guava – 10 gms.

25. Curd Delight

Curd – 50 ml., grated beetroot – 25 gms., Grated Carrot – 20 gms., spinach (pieces) – 10 gms., Pudina leaves, roasted cumin powder, boiled potato – 1 pc., Grated Cucumber – 20 gms., salt.

26. Guava Delight (Serves – 1) (Calories – 55)

Guava – 75 gms., Ripe papaya – 25 gms.

27. Laxative Soup/ Lady’s Finger Soup

Tomato, spinach, lady’s finger, peas.

Boil tomato, spinach. Cut lady’s finger & cook & mix everything with salt & pepper.

28. Tomato Chutney (Serves – 2) (Calories –  )

Tomato – 20 gms., mustard seeds – ½ tsp., thick tumerind juice – 1 tbsp., crushed ginger – ½ tsp., cinnamon sticks – ½ tsp.,oil – 2 tsp., salt, water – 250 ml., turmeric powder

Remove seeds of tomato. Heat the oil and mustard seeds, tomato juice. Fry for 2-3 minutes and add water and other things.

29. Amla Chutney (Serves – 2) (Calories –  )

Green Amla – 20 gms., Cucumber – 20 gms., green chillis, mustard seeds – ½ tsp., cumin seeds – ½ tsp., Oil – 1 tsp., Pudina leaves, salt, coconut paste – 2 tsp., a small pinch of asoephotida, water.

Boil amlas & remove seeds. Grind it to make thick paste. Heat oil & add mustard seeds & cumin seeds then mix the amla, coconut & other things with little water. Boil for about 5 minutes.
