Bronchitis	The commonist cause of this condition is the downward spread of infection from the nose and the pharynx. Pancreatitis	Inflammatory condition of pancreas. There may be obstruction of the pancreatic duct as it enters the duodenum due to gall stone, oedema or spasm resulting in acute pain in upper abdomen with nausea and vomiting, pain radiating back side.
